Meet Jordana — Your Guide to Aging Like a Superhero

For nearly three decades, I’ve had the honor of helping people reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence—the natural wisdom that knows how to heal, adapt, and thrive when given the right support.

My background includes nearly 30 years as a licensed massage therapist and 24 years as a yoga teacher, including work with hospitals and veterans’ programs. I’ve seen firsthand how mindful movement, breath, and community can transform pain into power, stress into serenity, and aging into awakening.

I hold certifications in the Fishman Method of Yoga for Osteoporosis, iRest Yoga Nidra, and numerous advanced trainings in yoga therapy, bodywork and health coaching. My approach is gentle yet effective—helping you adapt each practice to your unique needs while building strength, balance, flexibility, resilience, and inner peace.
