How It All Works
Class Credits
Each month, your membership puts a set number of CREDITS into your account. Each class you sign up for uses 1 credit. You can mix and match any open classes you want — different days, different teachers, different styles. It's that simple.
Bonus Credits = Free Classes
Just by being an active member, you earn BONUS credits every 3 months — extra free classes added to your account as a thank-you for being part of our community. Twice-a-Week members can share a bonus credit with a household family member.
Recordings & Make-up Classes
Missed a class? No problem. Log into your member account and watch the recording — 7 days for Twice-a-Week members, full ongoing archive for Unlimited Superhero members. No more emailing for the link!
Refer A Friend, Earn a Free Class
When you refer a new student who joins, your friend gets their FIRST CLASS FREE, and you earn 1 bonus credit. No limit — refer as many friends as you want!
Pause Anytime
Travel, family visits, surgery recovery, or just need a break? You can pause your membership for up to 60 total days per year. Your first pause each year is free; subsequent pauses include a small $5 administrative fee.
Cancel Anytime
No long-term commitments, no early-cancellation fees. Cancel anytime through your account dashboard — your membership simply won't renew for the next month.

How does the credit system work?
When you become a member, your account is loaded with a set number of CREDITS each month. Each class uses 1 credit when you register. The Once-a-Week tier gets 4 credits/month, Twice-a-Week gets 8 credits/month, and Unlimited Superhero gets unlimited classes.
You can mix and match any open classes — different days, times, and styles all come from the same credit pool.
What are bonus credits and how do I earn them?
Bonus credits are FREE extra classes you earn just for being part of our community. There are two main ways:
1. QUARTERLY LOYALTY BONUS — Every 3 months of active membership, one bonus credit is added to your account automatically. Once-a-Week earns 1 bonus credit, Twice-a-Week earns 2 (option to share one with household family), Unlimited earns guest passes and other perks.
2. REFER A FRIEND — When you refer a new student who joins, your friend gets their first class FREE and you earn 1 bonus credit. No limit — refer 5 friends, earn 5 bonus credits!
Make sure your friend mentions your name when they sign up so we can credit you.
3. BIRTHDAYS!!! We love to celebrate our Superheroes!! You get a free class for your birthday month!
Can I pause my membership?
Yes! All memberships may be paused for up to 60 total days per year — perfect for vacations, family visits, surgery recovery, or just a needed break.
Your FIRST pause each year is FREE. Subsequent pauses include a $5 administrative fee to cover our system costs. Reach out to Jordana to set up a pause.
Can I cancel my membership?

Your membership will not renew for the next billing cycle. You'll continue to have access through theend of your current paid month.
