Jordana has been certified in the Fishman Method since 2018, and has used these methods to reverse her own osteopenia (thigh bones). Gentle Chair Yoga is for folks who are more comfortable in a chair. We will be working with breathing, flexibility, range of motion, strength, stability and balance. Join us to "meet your body where you are" and explore what is possible from there.

Yoga for Self-Care 6pm Thursdays (1/8 - 2/26/26) - 8 weeks

This is a class focused on self-care, turning inward and moving gently. Yoga for Self-care is appropriate for those wishing to move very gently whether focused on injury recovery or looking to slowly increase range of motion and build strength, stability and balance.

This class is for students who have been practicing Yoga for at least 6 months. We practice postures for functional strength, stability, balance, flexibility and to age with ease and have fun.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply healing practice that helps reset the nervous system, restores a sense of ease and wholeness, and revives calm and focus. Great for folks struggling with insomnia and other chronic conditions Most of these practices are 20-40 minutes in length. Sign up for a renewed sense of peace!

Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00amEST. Please register, e-sign the waiver and we'll forward you the ZOOM access code!

Offerings are

December 15th & 17th at 9am

March 2nd & 4th at 9am

and every 9th week thereafter.

Please have a yoga mat, blocks, a strap, a blanket, folding chair and or a wall nearby. Please do let me know if there is anything I should know about your body (recent surgeries, etc). Thank you and Welcome!
