Join us as we use effective yoga poses and functional strengthening designed to promote core stability, strength, balance & flexibility to age powerfully forward. Modifications and variations to suit your individual needs and abilities will be offered. Please register, e-sign the waiver and we'll forward you the ZOOM access code!
Please have a yoga mat, blocks, a strap, a blanket, folding chair and or a wall nearby. Please do let me know if there is anything I should know about your body (recent surgeries, etc). Thank you and Welcome!
