Yoga for Healthy Bones Thursdays 3:30pm 1/8 - 2/26/26 (55+) - 8 weeks

This Yoga for Healthy Bones class utilizes research showing measurable bone growth (Loren Fishman, MD study). Jordana has been certified in the Fishman Method since 2018, and has used these methods to reverse her own osteopenia (thigh bones). Come and join our awesome community and practice yoga to keep your bones strong and core stable!
