Do Yoga, Age Like A Superhero!

This Sample Chair Yoga class is for folks who are more comfortable using the support of a chair. We will be working with breathing, flexibility, range of motion, strength, stability and balance. Join us to "meet your body where you are" and explore what is possible from there.
Please have a yoga mat, blocks, a strap, a blanket, a stable chair (without wheels or arms) and or a wall nearby. Please do let me know if there is anything I should know about your body (recent surgeries, injuries, etc). Thank you and Welcome to class!
