There is so much exciting evidence showing the benefits of yoga to help keep us healthy, including measurable bone growth, calming the nervous system, better balance, more efficient breathing, managing pain, and generally building resilience to age as the best version of You!! Thursday classes 10:30am Chair Yoga and 6:00pm Yoga 1.
Please register, e-sign the waiver and we'll forward you the ZOOM access code!

May 7th: 10:30am (Chair Yoga) and 6:00pm (Yoga 1)
and every 9th week thereafter.
Please have a yoga mat, blocks, a strap, a blanket, folding chair (without wheels) and or a wall nearby. Please do let me know if there is anything I should know about your body (recent surgeries, injuries, etc). Thank you and Welcome!
